CONGRESS FEE

The congress fee includes attendance at the congress, coffee breaks and lunch. All prices are net prices, plus VAT (19%).

• Members of the German Coffee Association: Free of charge for two employees. Each additional person EUR 195 plus VAT (19%).
• Non-members: First participant EUR 690 plus VAT (19%). Each further person 50% off: EUR 345 plus VAT (19%).

Please note: WE WILL INFORM YOU OF YOUR COMPANY´S PARTICIPATION FEE (INCLUDING POTENTIAL DISCOUNTS) ONCE ALL OF YOUR APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. The number of places for this event is limited. In the event of over-subscription, the organiser reserves the right to limit the number of places per company.

EXHIBITION FEE

The table top exhibition will be held close in the impressive hotel hall and the winter garden where coffee breaks and lunch will take place. All prices are understood as net prices, where applicable plus VAT (19%).

One booth includes:

• One table (120 x 45 cm)
• One round table (80 cm), two chairs and one standard power connection (220 Volt)
• The placing of one rollup is permitted

Prices per exhibition space (only one booking possible per exhibitor):

• Members of the German Coffee Association: EUR 550 where applicable plus VAT (19%)
• Non-members: EUR 1250 where applicable plus VAT (19%)

The exhibition fee does not include the congress fee for the representatives of the exhibitors.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Application for the event can be made up to 13 April 2018.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

Places may be cancelled free of charge up to ten working days before the start of the event.
